InSilicoTrials Technologies S.r.l., with registered office in Trieste, Via Flavia 23/1 (hereinafter “Company”) is the data controller of the processing of personal data supplied by the user of the website of the Company: www.insilicotrials.com (hereinafter “Website”).
The use of the Company’s email address provided by the Website entails the processing of the user’s email address, necessary to give a feedback to the user’s request, and the processing of the personal data included in the text of the email.
The use of the forms provided by the Website to send messages to the Company entails the processing some of user’s personal data as: name, email address, telephone number and the data included in the text of the message. All of these data are necessary to give a feedback to the user’s request.
The use of InSilicoMRI and QT/TdP Risk Screen softwares entails the processing of some personal data such as name, phone, email address, company role, country and password necessary to complete the registration to the reserved area of the Website and to login. The Company can process user’s data for billing purposes in relation to the use of the abovementioned softwares.
Please do not include special categories of personal data in your messages or emails.
The user’s personal data will be processed by the Company for the sole purposes to give a feedback to the user’s request or to process an order and to perform a contract.
The legal bases of the processing of the user’s personal data are the preliminary activities to the potential conclusion of a contract, the processing of an order and the performance of a contract. The Company will process personal data with the aid of electronic IT and telematics tools.
