InSilicoTrials Technologies, hereinafter the “Company”, with registered office in Trieste, Riva Grumula 2, is the Data Controller responsible for processing the personal data provided by users of insilicotrials.com, hereinafter the “Website”.

USE OF THE PLATFORM

To register, login, and use the platform, the user is required to provide some personal information such as: fullname, phone, email address, company role, country, and password.
The Company will use personal data for the purposes of responding to requests, fulfilling contracts, and processing orders and invoices. Some of the information provided is processed through third-party CRM tools.
The Company will process the user’s personal data for the duration required to complete the above activities, or as long as legally required.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The user can exercise the rights provided by articles 15-22 of the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679) at any time, sending an email to the following Data Controller’s address: [email protected]. In the case of request of deletion of your personal data, it will not be possible for the Company to provide the service that requested. 

The Company informs the user about the possibility to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority in case of a violation of the user’s rights.
